This is a whole new flagship for Hyundai North America.
The Korean-based company pulled the wraps off of its premier luxury sedan, the 2011 Hyundai Equus, this morning at the New York auto show.
The Equus is designed and built to take on the top luxury sedans in the country, such as the BMW 7 Series, Lexus LS460 and Mercedes S-Class, executives said as they unveiled the vehicle.
