Rhode Island Flooding
BOSTON –A serious and life threatening flood situation is affecting Rhode Island and parts of Eastern Massachusetts, according to the National Weather Service.
From a historical perspective, river flooding in parts of Rhode Island and Eastern Massachusetts is expected to rival or exceed the 1955 floods associated with hurricanes Connie and Diane.
